What can you expect in the role?

  • Creating and owning the HR agenda for your departments in consultations with the key stakeholders

  • Candidate selection- Owning manpower planning, competency mapping, creating interview framework for different roles, carrying out thorough HR interviews, reference checks, offer conversations and close positions

  • Employee onboarding- Pre-boarding conversations for candidate engagement, induction of new employees, creating 30-60-90 day onboarding plans in consultation with the hiring managers

  • Employee engagement- Conduct pulse checks, engagement and happiness surveys, monthly stakeholder catch-ups and check for frequent feedback from our internal engagement tool. Analyse data, create reports and implement long term and measurable talent engagement and retention initiatives. Handle employee grievances effectively 

  • Performance management- Manage org wide bi-annual performance reviews end to end. Create and implement talent management and talent development strategies. 

  • Conduct regular compensation and benefits benchmarking and advise stakeholders on C&B strategies

  • Design appropriate HR policies and procedures. Provide general guidance to the employees on the same. 

  • Learning and development- Create L&D strategies, train and coach employees on processes, policies, initiatives and behavioral skills

  • Rewards & Recognition- Conduct quarterly R&R program

  • Organise monthly department-wise town halls, assist HR operations team with regular audits, etc

  • Manage employee separation 

What are we looking for?

  • 2-4 years' prior proven track record as an HRBP at a tech startup

  • Ability to work well and thrive in a team environment.

  • Proven track record of having implemented measurable and successful HR initiatives.
